Holiday World


Holiday World Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018. Carried out in Summer 2018 with more than 2000 personal client interviews of the largest attraction park in Gran Canaria. Directed towards finding out visit characteristics, visitors personal and group characteristics upon visit, general satisfaction and satisfaction with different service attributes, return visit intentions and recommendation, attractions used and favorites as well as suggested improvements. The results were represented on a Scorecard through Tableau Online that permitted the client to see the results reached from the same start point as the field study.
